How to Join Friends of Perrysburg

You can join Friends of Perrysburg by completing the membership application.  Membership is $25 per year and you must be a dues paying member to participate in activities.  

The form is available in .pdf format.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the document.  You can also request an application by contacting our Membership Representative

Once your Membership Form is received you can participate in all events and activities.  Members also receive a monthly newsletter - "Just Between Friends" - with important dates and information. You can also tune into the website for current information.
